Great posts, as always. Let us not forget another priceless rule. There is always room for improvement. Now I'm not saying we need to constantly change process (for fear of being attacked by our medical staff) but realize as much care, concern, input or streamlining you will learn after implementing a program that you need to continue to make adjustment. You also need to let the physicians know that. I am an optomist, to say the least. Some call me Pollyanna, but I alway do set-up and training with the disclaimer of "We will find that some of these steps may need to be adjusted. That is okay. That is great because it means that even with all we do we will continue to be able to improve this for you. Just continue to give me your input and I will continue to do all I can to make it work for you....not make you work for it."<br><br>Thanks for your blog. It is great and I take away a great deal from it. I support our medical staff and enjoy all you have to say.
